Adding in missing variables for PhysLite: calM for cluster 4-vec, and neflowisol20 for muon iso. The calM is needed for clus->et() which forms a 4-vec first. neflowisol20 is part of the Rel 22 recommended isolation working points.
The extra isolation variables for electrons and muons that are not in the recommended WPs have been removed. The Isolation Fake Forum conveners agree with this logic. Experimental WPs are studied with DAOD_PHYS samples and any that get 'promoted' to 'recommended' can be easily added for a new PHYSLITE processing.
