Simplify Cavern Simulation Configuration in ComponentAccumulator

These changes ensure that the Cavern geometry can be simulated depending the setting of flags.Detector.GeometryCavern rather than only being available in Cavern Background or cosmics simulation jobs. This is useful for radiation studies.
