During 2022 run, there were long-standing issue that there was a hole in the endcap phi~0, eta>2. https://indico.cern.ch/event/1217209/contributions/5128256/attachments/2544112/4380761/dq_overview221109.pdf page.9. Although the pixel module hashID=1987 is LOCKED_OUT state in DCS, this was not recognized as dead module, so that this leads to the hole. The DCS state should be activated. This will change the T0 test result.
