Remove upstream trigger matching for Run 3 LLP1

This removes the computation of trigger matching variables while producing Run 3 LLP1 derivations, bringing this in line with the same change in PHYS. This reduces the size of the derivation from 76.8 kb/evt to 68.8 kb/evt with a ttbar sample* (500 events).
