This MR adds an option for the user to set a Run 2 or run 3 geometry via a boolean flag in MuonLRTOverlapRemovalTool. The tool makes use of the MuonSelectorTool to resolve overlaps, which in turn needs to know the detector geometry so that it can evaluate the muon ID working points correctly.
