TileDigitsFlxMonitorAlgorithm has been updated to compare digits received via FELIX and Legacy which is stored in seperate containers.
TileRawChannelFlxMonitorAlgorithm has been updated to compare reconstructed amplitude from the data received via FELIX and Legacy read outs for the monitoring.
TileROD_Decoder, TileHid2RESrcID and Tile digits bytestream converter have been modified to adapt with the offset added to FELIX fragment-ID in ROD2ROBmap.
