Make sure DRAW_ZMUMU is written. Prefer to factor common code with EGZ

To solve the issue basically I had to do exactly the same as EGZ. At which point I decided that perhaps we should factor as much as we can the common parts ... Thus the DRAWCommonByteStreamCfg which prb is not "perfect" but should be in the right direction.

I now see DRAW_ZMUMU selected events being written out
