DerivationFrameworkCore: Adding HLT event variables + HLT subjesgscIS PFlow jets for DAOD_JETM1 (ATLJETMET-1506)

Purpose

Adding additional trigger information to DAOD_JETM1 that allows us to derive or reapply a calibration to HLT jets. This will be used for calibration derivation campaigns both for HLT jet trigger and for TLA analysis. It will also be useful for future studies in studying the HLT mu versus the HLT jet response. Approved by the JetEtMiss group.

Affects

Increase the DAOD_JETM1 size by 1% (38750.486 kb -> 39130.615 kb over 200 ttbar events)
