Fix bug in VSI which led to irreproducibility in DAOD_PHYSVAL

Fixes a bug noticed by @tstreble where consecutive runs of DAOD_PHYSVAL resulted in differing leaves of branch EventInfoAuxDyn.VrtSecInclusive_SecondaryVertices_LeptonsMod_LRTR3_1p0_status. This MR ensures that this aux variable is always decorated to the EventInfo to ensure reproducibility.
