Based on discussions, the ACTS IVF configuration seems to have been scheduled by accident for a few reconstruction modes. The non-ACTS version is therefore used, both in the legacy and CA config.
The CA config is updated to match legacy config from https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/-/blob/master/InnerDetector/InDetExample/InDetRecExample/python/InDetJobProperties.py including update from !60312 (merged) Support is dropped for some deprecated modes.
Run 3 and Run 4 outputs in standard reco mode have been checked to be unchanged.
