This MR introduces the CA configuration for the InDetRecStatistics algorithm, used to print out useful information for debugging. This requires to produce the TrackTruthCollection for a few extra intermediate collections, hence the addition of the truth config in several places.
A few minor updates are also included to align the ITk ESD content with the ID one.
