Add CA configuration for InDetRecStatistics algorithm

This MR introduces the CA configuration for the InDetRecStatistics algorithm, used to print out useful information for debugging. This requires to produce the TrackTruthCollection for a few extra intermediate collections, hence the addition of the truth config in several places. A few minor updates are also included to align the ITk ESD content with the ID one.
