CA migration of DESDM_PHOJET (previously PerfDPD_PhotonJet)

Migration of PerfPDP_PhotonJet to CA as requested in ATLASRECTS-7424. The name of the file was changed to DESDM_PHOJET to be consistent with formats of other groups.

Previously, the format stored basically all the information also present in ESDs however it has not been used by the Jet/Etmiss or EGamma group for a long time but was only used by L1Calo as a pre-selection. Therefore, only the most important content has been added to this format for the moment (CP objects, low-level inputs and trigger information) that is written out by the different L1CALO formats. If CP groups need this format again in the future then the relevant information should be stored (rather than adding everything).
