ISF_ValidationMT: Fix for ATLASSIM-6373

The legacy config transform commands are missing the --DataRunNumber 284500 line. This leads to a difference in output and the OLDvsCA tests failing.
NB This MR only alters ART scripts, so will have no effect on the CI output.
