Removing efficiency_vs_pt_low from tracking plots

Following !60354 (merged) the range of the tracking efficiency_vs_pt_low plot has been updated from 0-3 GeV to 0.01-1 GeV, specifically tailored for the Run-3 lowPT reconstruction mode. As this range is not particularly relevant for ITk tracking, removing this plot from the displayed plots in the CampaignsARTTests.
