SPOT : e/gamma LRT lets make it not special

In the new "style" spot (based on CA and perf domains), LRT is included under each individual domain.

e/gamma was "special" , moving the relevant egamma algs under the LRT domain. The feauture is seen to work (thanks @amete)

But until futher decision prb does not make sense to have LRT being 2-3 low cpu e/gamma alg and the bulk of it under "ID" and "Muon"
