MdtSegmentT0Fitter - Add property to configure fit & misc clean-up

Hi everybody,

this MR adds a property to the MdtT0FitSegmentMaker toggling whether the segment orientation can float in the fit or not. The rest is a smaller clean-up using the HitCoords structure instead of multiple vectors.
