MuCTPI DQ: Add histograms
The changes in the code concern the MuCTPI Data Quality. The payload of the MuCTPI readout fragment is organized in time slices, each containing Multiplicity words, Candidate words and Topo TOB words. These words are used to define Candidate and TopoTOB objects, which in turn are used to fill histograms.
