FastChainPileup: Update ART tests

Minor clean-up of the syntax of the Fast Chain ART job running ATLFAST3F_G4MS + MC Overlay. Add a test running ATLFAST3MT + MC Overlay.
(NB This merge request only updates ART tests, so will have no effect on the CI output.)
