Bugfix for AFP Single particle simulation

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:AFP_Simulation_CA_master into master

Minor fix, so that the same ForwardTransportSvc configuration is used for AFP and ALFA simulation (as in legacy configuration).
