Harmonise naming between CA and legacy calo
There are some places where the trigger CA calo code calls offline calo CA code to create private tools where these have no control over the created tool names. This MR changes the names of the tools in legacy to match the CA names so wrapping is possible (and to ease the comparison in confTool).
The methods in the legacy support CA module also choke on having the tool names set in the arrays here so I just add the tools themselves which seems cleaner anyway.
