Fixing bug in single muon ART test and adding new ART tests

As the title describes a bug has been fixed for the test_run4_mu100_FTF ART test so that the digitization step runs. Furthermore, two additional ART tests are are created so that when running the offline with FastTrackFinder as a postInclude option so we can see the impact of using the offline ConfigFlags.ITk.Tracking.doFastTracking flag, as this impacts the properties of the SiTrackMaker tool used. Another track collection has been included in the monitoring step. This is to look at the FastTrackFinder tracks after TrkAmbiguitySolver has been used.
