Update ElectronEfficiencyCorrection with new SF map file + corresponding tests

Updating the tool with new map file which contains the trigger SFs: /cvmfs/atlas.cern.ch/repo/sw/database/GroupData/ElectronEfficiencyCorrection/2015_2025/rel22.2/2022_Summer_Prerecom_v1/map2.txt

Main changes in the tests:

  • run number to 428648 to work with trigger sf
  • change RECO+ISO+TRIGGER id to Tight to work with trigger sf -> this results in different uncertainties on the iso step!
  • update the trigger string and add trigger eff result

Also increased time for the 4mom main test as it kept timing out locally with the default 120 sec.
