Added Tau plots for CampaignsARTTests
I just noticed that we currently have no Tau plot included in the CampaignsARTTests monitoring. This MR adds a subset of 84 Tau PhysVal plots.
@akaczmar please let us know if this looks like a reasonable set for the monitoring of the performance in the nightlies or if you have other suggestions. This can be followed up in a subsequent MR.
