Starting the migration of the TrigTauRec precision alg configuration to ca, this is a somewhat different approach to what was taken in !60097 (closed). In this case each tools is wrapped instead of the whole algorithm, this is to check the configuration of each tool ( or set of tools) one by one. Tagging @iriu @gipezzul @fpastore @tbold
