Tier0ChainTests cleanup + add some CA tests

A few random changes, mostly aimed at cleaning up and adding tests running in ComponentAccumulator mode:

• remove some data tests;
• rename some others, in particular the q445 duplicates;
• add CA tests for data 22 (bulk, cosmics, based on the new AMI tag f1328) & q445;
• drop the comparison step to a fixed reference for the tests that used one; it hasn't proved useful so far.
• switched from DAOD_L1CALO5 to DAOD_L1CALO1 (same contents but the former won't be named like that anymore in 2023)

For the new data CA tests, for the moment the TIDA monitoring is not enabled (ATR-27005) and for cosmics, jet/met/tau monitoring is explicitly disabled (ATLASRECTS-7502).

@fwinkl (RC): please merge it on a quiet day (ideally weekend) as the renaming of tests (done in one go by laziness) will mean the automatic diff-root comparisons won't work the day after this is merged.
