Match up chains and groups to pre-P1 reorganisation

Follow-up to !52595 (merged) to correct the generated HLT menus to match the result prior to this menu (excluding subsequent additions).

• Restores missed beamspot chains to PhysicsP1 menu
• Add "PS:Online" to chains in P1_pp_run3_v1 for consistency -- this is to be replaced/removed later.
• Add appropriate support labels to L1_TRT test chains such that PhysicsP1_HI is successfully generated.

The outstanding differences are intended:

• Added 'PS:NoHLTRepo' to HLT_mistimemonj400_L1All
• Omitted P1 chains from Dev_HI, as this is intended for MC
• Dropped the following MBTS streamers from PhysicsP1_pp, as only intended for 2022 startup
