Update of tracking CA flags: doSharedHits + doSlimming + doTruth

Continuation of tracking CA flags migration (see ATLASRECTS-7467): covering the flags doSharedHits + doSlimming + doTruth. Separate doTruth flags are kept for the InDet flags, to turn on/off the PRD_TruthMaker algorithms, and for the Tracking flags.

Checked to keep Run 3 and Run 4 outputs unchanged
