CITest: Remove ignore pattern for DerivationRun3MC_PHYSLITE test

This MR removes again the log ignore pattern for DerivationRun3MC_PHYSLITE test that had to be introduced in MR !60753 (merged) since the ERROR has been downgraded to a WARNING in the meantime. More discussion are in ATLASG-2467.
