Added nparticlesel IDPVM plot

Only the plot of the total number of truth particles nparticle was present so far. The number of selected truth particles after the InDetRttTruthSelectionTool applied was not displayed. Adding this new nparticlesel plot as it is probably more interesting to monitor than the inclusive one.
