TrfTestsART: Change configuration to enable FPEAuditor to the CA configuration conventions
Change the configuration to enable the FPEAuditor to the CA configuration conventions in the TrfTestsART package as done in MR !61293 (merged)
Updated also https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/AtlasComputing/AthenaMTTests accordingly.
