Improved output organization and addition of residual, charge and timing plots
This new version improve the current organization of the output histograms, making more clear the distiction between Shifter/Expert level plots and the hierarchy of them.
Residual, charge, pad/strip timing plots implemented by using a cluster on track container.
Removal of cluster of segments plots and YvsX plots (just temporally).
