TriggerTest: fix trig_mc_v1Dev_slice_reprodWithFlags test

Instead of tinkering with the THistSvc configuration (which is not CA-compatible anyway) just rename the histogram output file after each slice test ran.

Also delete the build version of the test.

Closes ATR-24795.
