TileTBAANtuple::Updated to use Felix and legacy containers

TileTBAANtuple is modified to use digits and RawChannels stored in Felix and Legacy containers. TileTBAANtuple is modified to use RawChannels reconstructed from Fit method and Optimal Filtering for FELIX.
