TileEvent+TileTBRec: Add possibility to copy Tile digits collection metada

Tile raw data and digits collections have been updated to add possibility to give them metadata via constructors, and that allows to copy metadata using ConstDataVector with Tile digits collection.

Tile digits gain filter algorithm has been updated to copy digits collection metadata from input container into new one.
