Add dead material corrections to e/g ET cluster in eFEXegAlgo.

The eFEX e/g dead material corrections will be used in 2023 (have been tested already), so the simulation needs to incorporate them. This is a first version.

Corrections are currently hard-coded, will ultimately be taken from the database.

The "dmCorr" flag in the eFEXegAlgoTool allows enabling/disabling. Default is false for now.
