TrigEDMChecker: CA migration

  • CA configuration and new trigEDMChecker.py application that replaces RecExCommon-based testAthenaTrigAOD_TrigEDM[Aux]Check.py.
  • Make use of this new application in the TrigAnalysisTest post-processing
  • Also fix a few bugs related to the (disabled by default) dumpAll option (although it still throws a lot of WARNING/ERROR messages):
    • use a public TDT ToolHandle
    • make MuonPrintingTool a property
    • fix initialization of muon tracks handle key
