Fix Rulebook test after changes in ATR-26754

  • Trigger/TrigValidation/TrigP1Test/bin/setupTrigMenuRulebook.sh: remove L43, L44 which now contain obsolete flags
  • Trigger/TrigValidation/TrigP1Test/test/test_trigP1_v1PhysP1_runRuleBook_build.py: change runRulebook.py (L35) options with updated ones (Rulebook now runs with default physics BG=2515)
