Configuration clean-up for Frozen Showers and Woodcock tracking
In "FullSim" production jobs we only run Frozen Showers in the FCAL, but it was also being enabled for the EMB and EMEC, then not used.
This merge request cleans that up, so that Frozen Showers are only enabled for EMB and EMEC in the specific case that they are request (i.e. not in production configurations).
The Woodcock Tracking optimization to Geant4 simulation of the EMEC relies on the EMECPara
G4PhysicsRegion having been created by the Frozen Showers
configuration (even though it is not used by FCAL Frozen Showers used in production). This merge request updates the configuration to also create this
G4PhysicsRegion in the case that Woodcock Tracking is enabled.
This should fix a warning G4Exception seen in ATLFAST3 jobs. Expect no change to RUN3 FullSim output and small changes to AF3 output. Changes to RUN2 FullSim output are now understood (and OK) - see ATLASSIM-6426.
