EventIndexProducer: Add a basic script for AOD event picking in CA

This MR introduces a new script that can be used to pick AOD events in CA. If we'd like to go w/ a transform approach, this can later be converted into a skeleton with minimal effort. Having said that, this version should be more then adequate for initial testing. Tagging @dario in case he wants to comment.
