Allow muon isolation WPs in the muon analysis sequence in CP algos

Currently in R22 in CP algos, the option to choose muon isolation WP is "missing" in a sense since the code forces one to pick Iso or NonIso, where Iso is not even clear what WP is used.

This MR enables choosing proper WPs as they are supported by the isolation selection tool.

NOTE: I think current CP algo users will have to switch to a proper isolation WP, because they will get a crash that Iso is not a proper isolation working point.
