Seeding art for ACTS default seeding
First clumpy attempt to have some seeding monitoring at ART level
Since we are not persistifying seeds, nor estimated parameters I have to use this little hack for running dcube on something.
Unfortunately, we cannot compare against Athena (i.e. Trk or however you wanna call it)
