Fix SimCoreTests test_RUN3_AtlasG4_ttbar.sh ART job (ATLASSIM-6429)

Updating the AtlasG4_tf.py command-line syntax for one job. This MR only affects ART scripts, so will have no effect on the CI output. Should fix ATLASSIM-6429.
