CA wrap all algos in getBjetSequence, conf2toConfigurable the BjetHypo

This change package wraps all the meat of the getBjetSequence in CA wrappers, to prepare to switch the Sequences to SequenceCA.

This is part of the CA migration of the bjet trigger, more info in ATR-26787
