Removing z0 and d0 significance cuts from PHYSLITE

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/athena:23.0_d0z0sigcut_PHYSLITE into 23.0

This changes the default setup of the e/gamma and muon analysis sequences to remove the d0 and z0 significance cuts. These should not enter PHYSLITE, since sometimes folks need to be able to reverse these cuts to estimate fakes properly.

A local test on ttbar indicates a 70 byte/event change (0.4%) in PHYSLITE size, so I think this is probably fine.
