DirectIOART: add AthenaMT remote read tests

This is the follow-up to MR !61702 (merged)

Introduce new 3 ART tests with AthenaMT remote reading in Sim_tf.py and EVNT inputs located at LRZ using root/davs/https. Though this kind of workflow is not used in production it will test the remote IO mechanics in AthenaMT. It uses one input file from the very widely distributed hc_test:hc_test.aft and hc_test:hc_test.pft rucio datasets. N.B. the AODs in these datasets are slightly too old and cannot be used in stable AthenaMT tests.
