Draft: Drop kwargs from Tracking CA configs: BCM_ZeroSuppression + AMSVF + AmbiTrackSelectionTool

The Tracking Common Component Committee recommended to drop the use of kwargs arguments in tracking CA configs in favour of explicit arguments. See ATLIDTRKCP-454

This MR starts implementing this for a few of the CA config files.

Checked to leave unchanged Run 3 and Run 4 outputs.
