Duplicate DL1d chains in bjet slice to use GN1 tagger

Merged Lars Beemster requested to merge lbeemste/athena:23.0-physMenuGN1 into 23.0

This change package makes GN1 the default tagger in the bjet slice. The current course of action was taken to be able to have them in the menu on day 1, and be able to revert to the DL1d version of the chain using RuleBook magic. The ctest runs fine, as does runTrigART.py.

The paper trail request is ATR-27181.
