fix rare error from isolation correction when eta==2.5

This MR fixes the error reported in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASG-2486 where the ShowerCorrection tool in IsolationCorrections (run at derivation level) will throw an ERROR when eta is at the edge of the TProfile2D used for the eta, phi interpolation
