DirectIO: disable q443 tests in master branch

With MR !61739 (merged) there are now remote IO AthenaMT available.

This MR here disables the q443/RDO remote IO tests in the master branch. Add unset ATHENA_PROC_NUMBER in case the disabled tests will be revived at some point.
