Duplicate DL1d chains in combined slice to use GN1 tagger
This change package makes GN1 the default tagger in the combined slice. The current course of action was taken to be able to have them in the menu on day 1, and be able to revert to the DL1d version of the chain using RuleBook magic. The ctest runs fine, as does runTrigART.py.
